Q. How can I purchase professional products?
In order to be able to purchase professional products you will first need to create a trade account with us. You can do this by clicking the ‘Create Account’ menu item at the bottom of our home page.
Q. What documentation do I need to provide for my trade account application?
To be approved for a trade account you will need to provide any formal documentation that confirms your hairdressing qualifications such as your Certificate in Hairdressing or Business Registration. Business cards, drivers’ licences and resumes are not accepted as proof of trade.
Q. How long does it take for my trade account to be approved?
Once we receive your trade account application, our team will assess the details and documentation and notify you by the next business day via email whether the application has been successful. If successful you will be able to order professional products under your new trade account. If we require any further information or documentation to assess your application, we will be in touch with you to request it.
Q. I have product & technical questions, who can I contact?
Kaaral Australia have a full technical team who are available to answer any product knowledge questions or provide technical advice. Or technical team can assist via video, email or over the phone.

Q. Am I eligible for free return shipping?
It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping. However, depending the reason for your return you may be eligible to receive a refund for shipping costs if the item being returned is faulty, damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Q. Do you accept change of mind returns?
Please choose items carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect purchase. We will happily offer a full credit or exchange when a product is faulty or damaged, or you have been sent an incorrect item.
